Our culture is the foundation of who we are and how we operate. It embodies the principles and values that unite us with our clients. We have six core cultural values.

Trust is the foundation of our enduring relationships with clients, colleagues, portfolio companies and suppliers. We earn and sustain that trust by holding ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and communicating openly and honestly.

We specialise solely in Franchise investing and keep our operating model simple. We believe this serves our clients best.

We are owned and led by a five-person partnership, four of whom are investors. This structure means we run the business with our clients’ investment outcomes front and centre.

Childhood Trust

Childhood Trust

London’s child poverty charity, dedicated to reducing the impact of poverty on children and young people. As part of our support, team members volunteer their time to the charity’s “Decorate a Child’s Life” programme.
Woodland Trust

Woodland Trust

The UK’s largest woodland conservation charity. Through the Woodland Trust, we estimate we have planted enough trees to absorb more emissions than the firm has generated since our founding in 2009.
